Definitely a player we need to tie down - you’d think that’s a formality after promotion. He never gives anything but his all. It doesn’t always come off for him, but he’s constantly involved and really ‘gets’ this club.

Can only judge by YouTube (to be fair, it’s served me well with VK’s signings) but Hadziamehtovic looks fantastic and just the sort we should be targeting in the CM area. Obafemi would provide an excellent sub option for 20 min much like Benson, but through the middle rather than side. Raw pace when chasing a win for that key period. I imagine that’s in VK’s thoughts.

Very highly regarded player by the fans of his current club, from my investigation of their forum the other week. Perfect profile for us. I haven’t seen him play obviously, but the clips on YouTube show him to be very comfortable on the ball and seemingly pretty fast.
