Re: Brownhill
Definitely a player we need to tie down - you’d think that’s a formality after promotion. He never gives anything but his all. It doesn’t always come off for him, but he’s constantly involved and really ‘gets’ this club.

Good with the ball at his feet, useless with it in the air.
Precisely why he struggled in our team last season, and why I reckon he would have been an asset in the team we have right now.

I have been overweight most of my adult life - lost over 100lb's between 2017-2019, but then did my ACL (regularly played football) and slowly started to put a bit back on, eventually though getting near enough 70lb's back on during lockdown due to working from home and generally doing nothing good ...

Missing Grant, Phillips and Thomas-Asante against us - three of their main attacking players. Whilst we are missing Cork, I am confident that Brownhill can drop in there with Cullen as per the last two games and do a great job. I would assume Gudmundsson will come into the team and play just off Rod...

Westerlo fan here, season ticket holder for a long time. Foster is the best striker we've had in a decade, excellent player although he's having a rough time scoring in the last couple games. Works hard, silky on the ball, fat and physically strong, great positioning and excellent attitude. Was on ...

He did a very good job for us did Wood, but if we were to get promoted and he was relegated to the Championship, I may afford myself a wry smile at his comfort zone comment.

One of my favourite ever games, that I have played and completed on PS3, 4 and 5 recently in it's new 'Part 1' remake guise. It's a great story and was ripe for TV or a movie. I think the adaptation is superb so far, albeit there is a bit of padding (to be expected I think) with some alterations to ...

I do think the team has been off it the last few league games, still setting a high standard and still winning games, just not at our very fluent best. The problem the likes of Twine, Churlinov, McNally and Bastien have (less so Egan-Riley as he's only just turned 20 a few days ago!) is that the club is way ahead of what was expected when they signed for us. I am not writing anyone off, at all, but how are they going to break into this side short o...

It is very clearly talking about a number one target above Obafemi in the pecking order for us. Surely not Gyokeres, I'd be amazed if we are putting down the money on a player that expensive. Obafemi would provide an excellent sub option for 20 min much like Benson, but through the middle rather than side. Raw pace when chasing a win for that key period. I imagine that’s in VK’s thoughts.

If they’ve done this on the back of another club offering a sum of money to purchase one of their players, then they need to go have a long lie down in a dark dark room. I don’t understand how he’s not offside. A move I don’t think anyone saw coming, but I hope he makes a real success of it there. If there’s no buy option included, he could be worth big money in the market to us this summer should he notch 8-10 goals at a club like United.
