Edgar helped save SD's first season playing in the holding role. Edgar started 11 of the 33 games Dyche was in charge that season so that could hardly be a player who saved the season. Yes, more than willing with Grosicki and Stephens, and, had the Grosicki deal collapsed earlier then I'm sure we'd have had another player in. I don't think we could have done much, if anything, more to get Stephens.
