That is one confusing story. The photo suggests it's the guy on the right who is visually impaired, yet it says he's called Mohammed Salim Patel, which suggests it's the guy on the left.

The thing about Leeds, is if they come up, they'll probably stay up. A one city club, a big city, they'd have some huge money invested and would spend like it's going out of fashion. It wouldn't be good for us.

Does it really take until post 31 (?) from myself to point out that Katie Hopkins suffers from quite severe epilepsy and has fits? I presumed it was widespread knowledge. All of this very easily explains the medical problems reported. Or else everybody get back to what you were posting about again....

Interesting. Looking at the trend, granddad has shot up in popularity since the mid to late 90s. With grandad remaining the same. However, grandad is still quite clearly the most often used spelling in the UK. But granddad is catching up. I suspect it's because we're basically trying to be American....

According to Google NGram, in British English the spelling "grandad" is more popular than "granddad", however American English, the spelling "granddad" is more popular than "grandad".
