I'd also vote in favor of zero tolerance. Half of my family is Scottish and I have to knock it on the head when I'm up there over a weekend. Can feel the difference in the morning, and I'm not a heavy drinker. Also agree there are more dangerous things than driving after a pint, but how do you polic...
