If he jumps over the ball he is not interfering with play as the rules stand, Tella did it last year and, I think, Zaroury scored, which at the time I thought meant he was interfering but had it pointed out to me that it is not offside.

I suspect that will be a fluid 3 at the back with Roberts and Vitinho as attacking wing backs/wide defensive midfield. Kompany likes to see 2 groups of 5 for the most part with an extra player being released to the other bank when we need to try and overload.
