Palace gave it a good go. Leaves Leeds within reach now with some difficult fixtures ahead. The picture is looking a lot rosier than a couple of weeks ago.

Too true. One poster tried saying he believed those wanting Dyche gone were "Blackburn fans". Didn’t think he was great today. But he seemed over the moon with the assist, which was very well picked out, and that shows the character of the guy - he’s a team player. Goals will come as we learn to play to his strengths, but he’s been a great addition to the team.

Surprised with the low marks. Thought he reffed the game pretty well despite a few minor errors. Let the game flow and didn’t fall for players dropping to the ground when touched. I’d much rather have that every week than some of the sh!te we get.

They had one main chance from open play which was a cross from their left, over Tarkowski’s head and Adams hit it on the volley straight at Pope who tipped it over. Yeah, that and the Taylor block were the two I can remember - and we were two up at the time. Thought we contained them really well, p...

Point being they tried to ‘reinvest’ the money in January and CT believed the deal was done, only for the next day the plug was seemingly pulled (Orsic). I suggest you never attempt writing an academic paper if that is the case. Maybe there was a legitimate reason for the timing of the break but it seemed a little strange with it being very close to ht.
