Feel more at home on this thread, the big boys thread was too rich for little old Burnley.

John is one of lifes true gentlemen.A fantastic full back.hard as nails but very fair in the tackle ( usually lol ) Once spent half an hour chatting to him at Nelson Golf club over a coffee. He was waiting for John Connelly for a round of golf. From memory John was down here for some sort of reunion ...

But I do also think Big Sam is a stay up strategy and not try and improve on what we've done with finishing 7th and 10th over the last 3 seasons. It would be a case of finish 17th and that'll do.

Dyches spats are now getting to the players and are not doing anybody any good. He either needs to shut up and get on with the job he is paid handsomely to do or find another job. Times are hard for clubs without billionaire owners and he needs to get his head around this.Play the younger players mo...

I doubt we would Reecey, not without selling one of our star players first.
You look back over the years.we have always had to sell to survive and purchase new players.Sell high (ish) and purchase low has been the way. Usually.

Do the club have monthly/ weekly board meetings these days?
Does Dyche attend these board meetings? The manager always used to do.
Do the other Directors sit there and say nothing and let Garlick do as he wants.I know he is chairman but surely some of them must think like a lot of us fans.

Re: Carabao Cup coverage this Wednesday v Man City
Watched both matches so far on the Carabao Cup site and linked from my tablet to tv.
No issues at all with the broadcasts. The commentator on the Sheff United match was awful but no complaints with the one at Millwall.
Come on Burnley lets go for it this year in the cups.
