All very realistic comments for me. It must be difficult spending in the right areas at a club like ourselves. One of the nicest , most genuine people in Academy Football is Faz , never heard anyone have a bad word for him.
He's been involved at the Academy since around 2002 coaching various age groups till offered FT job, even turned down the potential role of Academy manager at another club to remain at BFC.
