I understood that it was the NHS who notified others once a positive test came back
That would be more reassuring. An article I read indicated that the individual would make the notification through the app.

Re: Will You Be Downloading the App?

The problem with this app idea, is that it relies on individuals to notify through the app that they now have covid. How many attention seeking tw@ts will notify they have it when the haven't? This would trigger a notification to all those who could have come into contact with this individual, sprea...

The club wouldn't need the poor public to keep them afloat. ST monies make up about £5 million per season, it can do without us for 10 years from the coffers sat in the dry powder store. TV money on the other hand.... Now that would cause a problem if it ceased.

I doubt there will be any refunds for last season. And I don’t expect any. But equally wouldn’t begrudge anyone that did want one. If you pay to watch 19 games of football, but only see 15 as that's all the club are able to offer, then I'd expect a refund prorata. Like if I take my car for four new...

I don't live local or I'd certainly be placing an order. It's times like these that I'd rather pay a little extra to keep a local business going as opposed to handing over my cash to Tesco or similar. Tesco will be there in 12 months time, and would not be happier than see somewhere like Birchall Fo...

There's not been a BT phoneline here for years. I think I could try and get one installed from the telegraph pole across the road.
When I moved to my current property the phone line had been disconnected/taken out. I took broadband with SSE who had BT pop around and reconnect, cost me nothing.

Surely you buy your season ticket for whenever the season starts, that could be August, September, January 2021 or whenever the season starts.
I think the club need to make an announcement on the position though.
