I don't think Hendrick has been playing badly, and I'm surprised he's back to scapegoat again. The way I saw that goal was Lallana's work-rate closing down Bardsley's clearance, which Hendrick had left the ball for Bardsley to hoof. I certainly wouldn't be putting Hendrick as a worst performer, thou...

Gibson is a very good player and doesn't get a look in.
Barton wanted a new song for him and regularly sang his praises.
His last 2 defensive partners have gone from nobodies to England internationals alongside him.

It's not complicated or hard to understand. There's black and white. Some one with 'olive skin' is still considered white, and it works the other way. Never a pen for me. And VAR has done what VAR was brought in to stop happening - controversial decisions. Which ever way is goes, the ref should only have 30secs viewing of the incident. If there are a couple of incidents, 30secs for each. If a decision cannot be made after 30secs, the ref's initial...

Probably. Talking to an Ajax fan in Amsterdam in January and he was pretty accepting of the fact they could lose their best players at end of this and any season as they simply can't compete with the wages other European teams can offer.tim_noone wrote:Will it Break up though??

Time and time again we seem to concede when something has gone against us in the build up. The foul on Cork last night, but I wouldn't say it set the goal up. I absolutely believe that rotating the squad was the thing that made a huge difference. Dyche is renowned for sticking to the same squad - but he didn't. And as such tried to play a different way. It has taken a long time to find our way again. I'm not a fan of this Burnley team being rotated. Chang...

Fair play to them.
It's working, and the biggest blip they had in the last couple of years was after Silva wanted to leave to go to Everton... so they're not wrong in there theory.
Hopefully Burnley can build a similar scouting network as the next step in our progression.

I don't think saying 'it can't happen' is of any use. I think it inevitably will happen, and all it will take is the media or the big clubs to take a stand and the FA will cave.
