Surely it had to be done for everyone not just these two leagues? Championship clubs will just be able to gazump the best players in L1 and L2.
It's putting these clubs at a significant disadvantage.

I dont believe for a second a club wouldn't hire a manager because be is black - but there must be an underlying reason why fewer black players go into coaching. Need to work out why and fix it.

I remember being surprised when he went to Chelsea, after having a fairly mediocre career up to that point, then he looked very good the season they won the league as a wing back.
