Re: Thread for tonight?
This match aside in which I only expected a drubbing I’ve no idea what they do all week and from week to week. Wonder how much the set piece coach is paid ? Based on what I’ve seen this season he’s useless. At least Pace will be pleased that the project is on track.

If we had anything left to play for this season we’d be best forfeiting the match and having the 3-0 loss. As we haven’t anything to play for we might as well show up have a go, get the expected battering and add to the L column.

A just turned 21 year old who has scored 1 goal outside of the Norwegian league? Obafemi has played over 30 games in the PL and scored 15 in the Championship at just over 1 in 3. Ok I don't know what that says about Obafemi - if VK plays Fofana ahead of Jay Rod....! Agree with this. Hopefully it’s ...

Could be a long thread. Hotels in the UK is quite a wide topic. The thread is actually including Ireland too. Over 10,000 hotels in the UK alone. If there is a preferred location or budget you are more likely to get some worthwhile recommendations unless you are just happy to go anywhere for any bud...

The other 17 teams will say it's the easiest league it's ever been to stay in. Don’t think the OP can go too far wrong. It covers a huge area, plenty of choice of different types of restaurants, bars and cafes and you can walk for miles along the costal path. You can take a trip up Mount Teide from there and there is the huge water park for kids.

We needed quick decisive action earlier in the season in my opinion. This season has been a disaster on the pitch and seems to have been written off by the board. Has to be promotion ( but I’m not sure we’ll achieve that). He’s had an easy ride from the board this season and been given far more of a chance than he’d get elsewhere. He’s also had a huge budget by our standards.

PL experience was needed in the last window and probably this to have any chance of trying to stay up. The entire transfer policy can’t be just a young lads trial and error approach. Anyway let’s hope he’s another Maatsen and not a Tresor/ Ramsey.

I didn’t expect us to win when they announced the 5 mins of injury time. Despite the dodgy decision we didn’t ultimately do enough. We’ve a soft underbelly. Poor in the first half and negative tactics for a long period of the second. Don’t really feel hard done by because of this.
