I can only hope that the Liverpool decisions today may stop some of our fans permanently whinging on about “corrupt” officials making judgements deliberately to our detriment, while bleating about every advantage being given to a “big” club.
People make mistakes.
Stuff happens.
To everyone.

But, really - who cares?
It’s someone’s opinion.
That’s all. It won’t help us score more goals, or defend better.
I’m concerned with what the team achieve - not with a professionally partial view of their performance.

Personally, I hope they continue to do well.
It’s a really strange division to read though.
Last season, Michael Carrick was being feted as the BYEMOPL, given what he achieved with Boro. This season, he’s being touted for the sack.
Funny game, football.

Religion, dogs, Matt Le Tissier….is there any subject which won’t lead to bickering and point scoring on UTC?
No need to be so hostile and aggressive.
We can disagree with our the need for rancour.

Times do change May not always be for the better, but some attitudes have certainly improved.
I shudder to remember Janet Brown doing an “impersonation “ of TV cook Rustie Lee that seems to involve nothing more than putting a dark coloured pair of tights over her (JB) head.
Crass.

He was a major, and very funny, TV performer when I was young. Last time I saw him on TV was (I think…) in the mid-90s. He was a guest on Have I Got News For You. It was a bit sad really. The questions ( as I remember) had been set up so that MY could use one of his impersonations in the answers. He...

Just an observation - fans who weren’t present at the Villa bus incident are forensically certain as to what happened.
Fans who weren’t present at the Roy Keane incident are equally clear on the details.
What must it be like to have such unfettered certainty!

Very poor.
You can imagine the wider media coverage.
Two games in to the season - three non- football related incidents which will highlight BFC’s profile badly.
