Re: Tomorrow

Going down to the Silentnight Stadium to watch Barnoldswick Town v Horden in the FA Vase. If you're at a loose end get yourself down, we don't bite, I promise. Cheeky pint, cheeky pie and lots of friendly faces, together with some committed players.

Give it a go, you know you want to :)

Acted more like a leg end the past 2 years And you sound more like a bell end. Dyche should never be classed as a "leg end" if you ever understand what the man did for us. It may have gone stale and, maybe, it was the time to part ways but he, unless you're 12 years old, was the best manager we hav...

Re: article in the Telegraph about VK's new Burnley ahead of the weekends game

Thanks for posting Chester, it's a really good read. It does encapsulate the progress we have (very quickly) made under Kompany. I still love we have the link with Dyche by still having Jay, Browny and Corky; the experienced and "we know Burnley" type of players who will positively guide this young ...

A few things taken from the Blackpool Blackburn game: 1) How the feck did we draw against Blackpool? 2) How the feck did we concede 3 against Blackpool? 3) Blackburn look distinctly average. Another game gone. Another game where we have been, by far, the better side. For me, this was the best result so far this season. Stuck to the game plan and remained patient and, unbelievably, calm despite a horrible Millwall side who's only attempt to not lose this game was by kicking lumps out of ...

I don't think it's a red for their player either. A cynical foul to stop the break which deserves, and usually only ever gets, a yellow card. Maatsen was a red all day long. Absolutely indefensible. The main issue I see with this is the club are using the "safety" side of things being the problem whereas appear to be happy for the entire CFS to be able to stand. That is very inconsistent and will cause problems. On the other side, TM is an all seater stadium so, like it or not, the club have ev...
