Re: Was Our Tackling "A Threat" Last Night?
I have to say my respect for Klopp has massively dropped now I have seen the highlights and listened to his post match comments. He has just shown himself to be the normal hypocritical "big" club manager. He can't be calling out PSG's cheating whilst not mentioning Sturridge (and Mane the other week...

Re: Sean Dyche...the we want him to stay thread!
Well "no foreigners" is not true unless Defour and JBG were born in Accy!? It's clearly an area SD/the club wants to address too with the new appointment of Mike Rigg. It's a slow development project which, if given the time, I'm sure SD will deliver. Even though we are financially stable we aren't...

Absolutely, 100% behind the best manager I have seen in my 30 years of supporting Burnley. What SD has delivered in his 6 years with us is beyond most dreams (ok, maybe Leicester could pip it ;) ) I always say it's the long term you should look at not whether we win a couple or lose a couple. I'm a Conservative by nature but I was uncomfortable, to say the least, with the increase in tax allowance for the 40% band. I can't see how it can be justified. This kind of sums the Tories up though. Why "look after" the people who are earning in the 40% bracket when it would have been far more e...

I hope Fulham go down now. Exactly what is wrong with the game. Jokanovic performs a miracle and gets them promoted, playing good football. 4 months in to the season and gets sacked! Thought it was good of Linekar, amongst all the tributes, to take time to mention the ‘class’ of the Burnley team, manager and supporters on the day. A very good game from Dean yesterday. It would have been so easy to give Leicester the pen (given the occasion) when Taylor leaned towards the ball early on - I'm sure Moss would have given it, no probs. Amazing that we haven't had a penalty for a gazillion years and City get one like this.
I hope we are practising kicking the ground as we speak Just get Vokes to run in to Leicesters box (ball not even required) kick the ground, fall over - penalty guaranteed.

I've read the article and it doesn't have any concrete evidence that it is even true. I could write the exact article, change the team name and a couple of player names and that would appear to put that particular team in crisis. I honestly don't think there's is anything in this at all.

To be fair, United were there for the taking had our players been up for it. Brighton showed everyone that. United are a team full of very good players. The save Grant made which gave Derby their second was not good keeping at all. Perfect type of shot to tip round the post but he got a good, big old hefty hand to it which pushed it back in to the middle.
