Burnley v Crawley Town - Carabao Cup
Just seen the email come through below.
How can I decide whether to buy my ticket when I don’t know when it’s on.
Hope they get clarity of the date before 26th September as it’s a bit poor if not.
Kudos to the club for keeping at a tenner though!

Re: Coventry tickets?
Is coventry's stadium the coldest stadium ever? Every time I have visited, it sticks in my mind that it has always been bitterly cold and felt colder in the stadium than outside of it. Don't know why I have attached this memory of this place but for that reason, unless we play them in a heatwave, I'...

Re: What actually constitutes “respect” ?
We are now living in a world where people think it evolves around themselves. A world of intolerance and ignorance where self-entitlement rules the way people act. Too many people live their lives by 'knowing their rights' and 'whats in it for me' type view of the world. I also find too many people ...

I'm sure even the thickest Scouser would be able to read the room on this one. That’s probably an assumption most people wouldn’t make. The anti establishment and hate of the royal family that exists won’t suddenly disappear. In fact it becomes almost an opportunity for it to be seen on the world s...

Aside the sad reasons for this, it does make me wonder how quickly we will get this game rescheduled given the World Cup and if this follows through to the following weekend then we would have potentially 3 games to fit in.

Re: New Dyche interview - Jimmy Bullard
Let’s all just be clear on this. From what I have heard- the only interpretation of what has happened here is; MG put his wealth ahead of the club and fans/town he said he has affection and deep rooted connections to. He approved the sale knowing the approach was leveraged buy out. He put money to h...

Re: New Dyche interview - Jimmy Bullard
He accepts the team we’re good enough to have won more games but it’s chronic lack of investment to protect the value of the asset they were trying to sell.
Makes it prime for a leveraged buy out and maximises the chances of selling.

There is no chance they would let fans spend all day in the pubs and a 5:30 kick off.
I think there is a sat evening EFL game on sky
at 19:45 on 17th Sept.
And no, don’t think that would be chosen for us either.

Enjoying watching us again. Can’t work out if the ref’s are actually qualified or someone they have picked up outside as they were passing. In all seriousness, the lack of consistency of teams, officials and the fact there doesn’t appear the be any big club bias or VAR to spoil things, it’s like som...

Probably still a good result for us based on how we have played tonight.
Barnes and Chirlinov both had opportunities.
Poor decision making too frequent tonight.

Good question. I also wonder what conditions apply to the option? Are they triggered with certain events. Pretty sure Beyer was if promoted we would get the option. It seems that I have heard these types of deals being done this season more so than others. I can’t work out whether it’s because I hav...

I don't think this can be emphasised enough. Yes, making a profit on players this summer was always going to happen given the sales, but we also made money in January, when we were in a dire situation and needed 2-3 quality new players to give us a fair shot. Relegation was NOT inevitable. You are ...
