The push in the back on Brownhill was a penny. The one of Tellas was engineered, dive. Barnes close on the offside. We've been the better side.

Re: January transfer window rumours.

Id be very surprised if Foster didn't sign. For Kompany and Bellamy to go out there I'd suggest we were close to agreeing a fee and perhaps had permission to discuss personal terms to convince him to sign. It's possible the club are being greedy and upping the price knowing how keen we are on him now.

Personally think he played in a system that flattered him for a number of years. Showed towards the end he had very little about him as a footballer and the comments about comfort zone did nothing to disguise the fact he hadn't been trying for at least 6 months. I was happy to see the back of him.

He’s proven he can get 2 relegations too , anyway he’s not getting the job, so it’s all irrelevant I'd argue that what he achieved at Burnley was a lot greater than the two relegations you keep spouting about, but you wouldn't listen anyway. Almiron must be the most improved player in the Premier league this season.
Every time I have seen him this year he has been superb.
There's always been a very good player in there but he's only previously shown it in flashes, been far more consistent this season.

The first one again against spurs is some finish you know. Worthy of any classy striker, not sure how you can generate that much power while curling it with the instep. Think it was the bloke who took the corner. When it came back out to him for the 2nd cross he could have been offside.
The replay shows the ball playing backwards when he collects it so not sure he could be offside even if he was in an offside position.

In the position we are now in, we should be actively seeking players who can make the step up to the prem. To be honest a decent showing for the most part, although I did think a few of our key performers this season didn't have there best showings. On another day we could have got a result, Barnes had three big chances alone and Churlinov one. That being said, Man United weren't at there best either.
