Re: Rural Land Value: 15m x 3m
As someone who has experience in these matters the land is not just 'rural' land. If it has a building on it it is potentially worth more than the same size strip without a building. It does not matter if it is dilapidated. As it joins residential property it has added value. As another poster has m...

Re: Why would Dyche leave?
He will leave one day and money will probably be a big factor. There is no job security for a manager and he could end up somewhere else for six games. Dyche has something unique at Burnley he won't get elsewhere but it will also depend on how far he thinks he can take us. At the moment we are impro...

The tournament will be a great spectacle just don't expect anything from the England team. We are great at qualifying but that's where it ends. Italia 90 and Euro 96 were good but generally England are rotten to watch at tournaments.

Re: The Daily Mail - Have they learned nothing?
A ludicrous comparison, quite frankly. The Germany of today is completely unrecognisable from the Germany of the 1930's and 1940's. The Daily Mail on the other hand is still making it's money from peddling scare stories about minorities, widening divisions and whipping up hatred, just like it was 8...

IT you chose to ignore the question of whether it would be the paper's fault if someone had been exposed on camera kissing another woman ? Probably because it doesn't fit your agenda. What about kissing a person from another race that a family didn't approve of ? If it's done in public it is the ind...

And yet the Mail has never once criticised far right groups, especially the EDL, Britain First etc. On plenty of occasions. There was an article by Tom Leonard on 14/08/17 as an example that does not put far right groups on America in a good light at all. It doesn't criticise the moderate right whi...

Brady can be frustrating but he has it in him to be a game changer. One peach of a cross or free kick all game might be all it needs. We can accommodate him with a more hard working reliable player on the other side like Arfield.

The coaching is the crucial thing but as poster 12 says it's no good forcing people to play who don't have the ability, aptitude and physicality ( as in strength) to deal with it. Those that do should be left to get on with it without the nanny state telling them otherwise.
