If you are striving for career goals go for it. If you value work life balance and more time with your family (particularly with a youngster which is a cherished time) you would be mad to change. No it isn't. Like him or not he established the club, made history and left a legacy. I would prefer we always kept that name than have a change of name every season.

It's not just about transfer fees. Barton cost no transfer fee but a fortune in wages. We may unearth some gem from abroad with a lower transfer fee. There are plenty of examples of huge fees for below average players of players who have failed.
