Had a similar problem a few years ago. Had to get B Gas out in the end as it kept on happening. Luckily it was under warranty.
Sorry I cannot remember exactly what the issue was but pretty sure it involved a new part....one of the issues was that it was an old boiler and we have replaced it since.

Our first 2 promotions to the Premier League were done on an extremely low budget relative to most of the other championship teams.
