I agree. It's not as strongly tasting as sprouts or cabbage and has good nutritional values and a decent (slightly chewy) texture + dirt cheap if you buy it on a market. Steam it and cover it with a curry concoction or some sauce you'd usually have on pasta. Tried that and it still went in the bin ...

When I worked at Track Records in York during the 90's, a guy came up to the counter one day near to Christmas, with a list in his hand.
