Re: Jordan Pickford stupidly decides to punch

More than likely some loud mouth wanting a reaction out of Pickford, having said that though, as a professional footballer, you can't put yourself in those situations and he really should know better!

Really pleased with this offer, has made me seriously consider going, whereas before I had no intention to! Love that on social media it is being slagged though, with comments such as "Chelsea on a Monday night, why not do it for a game we can easily get to" .... That's the point of the discount! So...

Re: Contactless Payments

Yes i believe they are discussing this at the moment with a plan to introduce it in 15 years. For the time being they are happy with the bartering system they introduced in 1883 so you won’t need cash. Just drop your piglets off with the stewards and you will get a pint of ale and a pie good fellow...

Contactless Payments

Just wondered if it has ever been considered to introduce contactless payments in the concourse? I am one of those people that never carries cash and uses contactless everywhere.

Maybe I just need to remember to stop at a cash machine instead? :?

Re: Parking At Old Trafford

If you park in the Lowry centre car park you can go for something to eat in the food court (Harry Ramsdens etc) and then walk round from there. Its about a 20 minute walk but its pretty easy from a traffic point of view getting in and out over there and you less than half a mile from the M602 junct...

The reff initially said no pen but after clocking his linesman he put his whistle to his lips but saw Barnes cross the ball and then obviously vokes scoring.

Good advantage that ironically we probably wouldn't of had if he initially thought it was a penalty

Awful news that this young lad has had to have both lower legs amputated following his horrific accident at Donington on the weekend. Saw it happen live and initially feared the worse, probably the worst racing accident in recent memory

A just giving page has raised over £300k for the lad already.
