We forget that there weren’t the big venues backi in the 60s like we have today so the bands of the day had to play in the small venues up and down the country. Thing is, it would have been very easy for Burnley to spunk a load of money buying washed up mercenaries just like Rovers and Bolton did, to try and stay in the Premier League the first time round, but they were a lot more prudent than a lot of clubs with their money and it has proved to be a wiser ...

Sorry to be a pedant, but you measure the tempo of music (which includes chanting and suchlike) in BPM (beats per minute) rather than miles per hour (this is primary school level). However, 100bpm would be quite a moderate tempo so it might be an idea to get hold of a metronome to take a more accura...

Par of me wants Heaton as the England number 1 but I also think that if that were the case we would struggle to keep hold of him and he is integral to our starting 11. He was immense yesterday but weren't expect anything less. Easily the best Burnley keeper in my lifetime.
