For what you're getting, that's a really good price. Wreckfish was about £80 for two of us but on a set menu and not enough for me I tend to lunch more than anything else. Wreckfish is a 3 for £20 ish I think (similar to hispi and sticky walnut). There’s a big jump up in the evenings in fairness. J...

Oh wait. It was shite wasn’t it. Absolute shite.

For a nice leisurely bite and a decent beer try the Mackie mayor. 20-25 minute stroll to the ground as it’s the right side of town.

Bit pricey but there won’t be any idiots in there.

Embarrassing comments from Dyche. “Going into the break on the back of good performances” I actually think he is very level headed in pretty much all his interviews. I think he's being a bit generous about our first half performance (although I think he was right about the penalty we should have got), but other than that I think he's as generally calling the game accurately enough there (bit of other griping about officials that I could live with out aside). Great place if you get the chance to visit, and on the doorstep.

I'm usually happy winning ugly but yesterday's performance was absolutely dismal. Taking off claret-tinted specs, we were extremely lucky to beat a very poor Cardiff side.
