Re: Is the problem Joe Hart...?

Go on, say it, you WANT the problem to be Joe Hart. You don’t want the problem to be Mee, Cork or any of our underperforming players. You don’t want it to be Dyche or the disaster transfer window either. There’s one candidate for Player of the Season so far. Two if you really push it, I bet you you ...

At the moment I can see Loss Loss Win Loss. Maybe a result at West Ham because they are prone to underperforming. Leicester I can see being the usual story of a club just a few steps ahead of us in all aspects - I’m betting the inconsistent Gray will put in a masterclass against us, not looking forw...

He could be Lionel Messi for what it’s worth but if he can’t hold up loads of long balls with his back to goal, he’s never getting in ahead of Vokes. Like them other good strikers that sit on our bench.

Don’t have the players for it simple as. Wing backs need to be incredibly physical (and that includes pace, something we still don’t have much of), and it would basically waste our only creative players.

4-2-3-1 or 4-4-2 would make the best use of the players we have. No need to over-complicate.

Cork has dodged criticism on here despite being pretty awful all season, whilst Hart, the obviously POTY, is receiving calls to be dropped. Mental. There will have certainly been offers for us, they confirmed as much. Cork has been very poor this year and that is an enormous factor, coupled with the increased amount of errors from the defenders individually.

I’m starting to think defensive mid should be first priority in January. Cork isn’t playing well, and he’s not under much pressure either.
