Re: Bin on t' swill all day
It's funny how certain drinks are perceived by a lot of folk. I get a tin of Special Brew or Gold Label to mix and ummph up my ale, and that's seen as a problem. But you can sup your 40% proof whisky and no one bats an eyelid. :) It’s rum but anyway, you don’t drink it in quite the same quantity :D

Re: Alan Pace comments re. Rovers
I cannot see remotely what a boycott will achieve. The whole point is that Rovers are attempting to limit the number of Burnley fans at the game to give them an advantage and by boycotting you are helping them achieve their objective. Probably they would be quite happy to play in front of zero Burn...

Re: Boycott & big screen
Unfortunately, when you look at what PL clubs offer (3000 out of a capacity of 61,000 at Spurs) the 2000 tickets Rovers are giving us, compared to the 2,200 we gave them, isn't much of a news story outside of both clubs. Thus I suspect from an outside neutral point of view, any boycott of tickets w...

Are you for real? You want our club to send the tickets back (can they do this?) as a boycott, but if they don’t you’re going to enter the ballot and attend if successful? We’re all disappointed with our allocation at Deadwood, but we should see it as an opportunity. Imagine if we boycott, get a big screen at the Turf and have a bigger attendance at the Turf than there is at the actual game. The embarrassment felt by our neighbours would be well worth it. Come on Ala...

A. 16 B. 17 C. 13 D. 21 Thought the two yellows were both harsh, the subsequent red more so. Better coming down then going back up for me, this season will have bonded the team together much more than a season struggling in the prem would. Also, we may still have had a lot of the old guard whereas going down allowed us to start again.
