Clarets Player help required
I'm having trouble accessing "my account" on Clarets Player. I want to cancel my subscription. Every time I click on the link a dialogue box appears saying, "Please disable private browsing to allow this site to function correctly." I've tried to do this (on Google chrome) in the preferences menu, a...

Wouldn't have thought West Ham tickets would be snapped up too quickly.

I think "garner" is perfectly acceptable as used in the instance above. What's the problem?

Or maybe it's better to bottle those emotions up.

Re: Wembley or planning for next year
I couldn`t agree more. It is BEYOND belief! What is wrong with these people???? Yeah, we`re not 14 year-olds any more watching FA CUP final day from mid-morning on the BBC, but this is still the FA CUP and we are a 2 wins away from a Wembley visit (don`t agree with the semi-finals being played ther...

Re: Pensioners to lead out the cup team
But are we sure that we want this to become a theme? How many variations of "community" are there? It's really people setting themselves apart from the mainstream. I prefer things that bring people together, not set them apart. Ha ha, great comment! I can now see the old folk of Burnley are going t...

Saxoman. like a sucked and spat out Smartie, you're no use to anyone, why don't you do us all a favour ,here, ,wear this polythene bag... Not very nice pimlico. Re: Westwood
Didn't do a great deal for me. Talks of MOM are just ludicrous. Looked a good bit off the pace and was never really in the game. He did drop into the holes in the middle of the park well made a couple of good forward passes, but apart from that was a non entity. Need more from a player than just fi...

That looks about right to me with maybe Westwood for Arfield? Should be strong enough to beat a non-league side!boatshed bill wrote:Pope,

Re: Joey Barton
Makes you wonder what was going through his head when he decided to go up to Scotland when you see how well-suited he is to our team. Not to mention how he's coping with the demands of playing at a higher level, and at the age of 34. Pretty remarkable how things have turned out for him, and us this ...

Goal music was pants but more likely fans in the Cricketfield end is the reason the atmosphere is supposedly so much better. I say supposedly because I don't actually attend games. Excuse me.

Re: FA CUP
So, team for next week? I gather Brady is cup-tied and with Defour, Marney, and Hendrick unavailable do we think it will be an otherwise full-strength team? I'm assuming Westwood can play seeing as he was an unused sub in the 3rd round for Villa.

Re: FA CUP
With this team and our manager I really don't have a fear that a cup run will distract us from the league. The mentality is just too strong.

Re: FA CUP
The quarter final should be ours, depends on the draw with the likelihood of 7 other premier league teams in there I think a home tie is critical. Was 1983 the last time we got to the 6th round? Went to both games against Sheffield Weds. What an anti-climax the replay was...Of course in those days w...

Here's a great stat from the BBC website:
Thibaut Courtois conceded a direct free-kick for the first time in his Premier League career.
Pretty amazing that!

so what I'm saying is the linesmen usually do a good job on their offside decisions. You may disagree.

Don't agree. That was an incorrect decision but they get them right more often than not.Bordeauxclaret wrote:I see Mariner is the referee. One of his assistants just flagged a Leeds player offside. In his own half.

Colne, Dante. But not lived there for half my life. Made the marathon trip by land for the QPR game and will try to get up for at least one game next season.
