Sean’s first priority should be to the extend the contracts of Bards, Erik, Lenno, Long and Stephens. Their experience will be invaluable in the Championship, not something you can just readily buy. This isn’t a time for panic or gambles. #4moreyears.

4-4-2. Ash and Wood up front. Westy and Corky in centre mid - solid pair. Mee in for Collins - no time for youth. Collins will get another chance when we give Ben a few days off his fortieth.

If Wood doesn’t start scoring regularly we’ll go down. Vydra has his positives but he’s simply not a regular goalscorer in the PL (in the Championship, probably). Time has caught up with Jay Rod and Barnes (similar issues in midfield). Unless of course we sign a striker in January. Unlikely ?

I think Dyche has lost the dressing room. We are no longer hard to beat and the players look lack lustre nearly every game. Difficult to see who we can beat in this league at the moment Think it’s more that time has caught up with a number of the squad. Unfortunately we’re going to pay the price fo...

He’s right about there being three awful teams last season. There’s Norwich this season but, aside from that, struggling to suggest two more teams were likely to finish above. How many home wins have we had in 2021 ? Is it the one ?

Dyche continues to stay loyal to the same old 4 strikers who are totally out of form. Why not give some of the U23s strikers a go. It surely can’t be worse! It’s frustrating that Dyche appears to come across as stubborn. Re-signing Lennon was diabolical imo. Give youth a chance Sean. There’s litera...

Word of caution on Barkley. The cognescenti on here were creaming themselves as I recall over the signing of Drinkwater, no dissenting voices were even remotely tolerated. So around 3 years younger than Lowton and seven years younger than Bardsley. It’s something but I had kind of hoped that we’d look to younger players on the whole. I suppose 29 next month isn’t old for a prospective Dyche signing, but hardly screams succession planing.

Lot of expectation being heaped on one player which is concerning.
