Re: Burnley Starting To Attract Positive Press

IF Kompany continues to progress at the rate he is, I strongly suspect he’ll manage Man City. That said, before he does that, I sense he has one, but hopefully two significant steps to make. Step One: manage Burnley in the Premier League Step Two: manage a Premier League Club bigger than Burnley, bu...

Foodbank collection on matchdays - opinions wanted

Hi everyone, I’ve manned the bins with West Yorkshire Clarets on a number of occasions. Pre-pandemic, the Foodbank collections had had a good period to take off and bins (eight of them) were being returned to the FanZone, substantially filled. Since ‘Operation Restart’ I don’t feel as though the col...

I’m merely speculating, based on some of the comments made, but just say Scott is struggling to settle here in the north…. It does occasionally happen and if that’s the case, it looks like the club are really looking after him. If he’s injured as reported, I hope he’s fit to return very soon. He’s a...

Super evening!

Twenty three in attendance; a new record! With several apologies too. All in all, a jolly good do.

See you in Keighley next month.

Everton have conceded joint second least goals this season. What's changed for them, I wonder?

Manchester United conceded the same amount of goals (six) in the two games Maguire started for them this season.

Agree with this but also feel Conor Coady deserves a mention too.

Absolutely magnificent player. So pleased he’s the captain and I FULLY believe that if he’d been picked as first choice centre mid, last season, as opposed to third choice, that we’d still be a Premier League side, such was the huge (literally) points difference when he actually played.
