Re: Ouch- feels like a defeat that!

The half time sub was a lot to do with it. Brownhill makes us worse. We then proceeded to take our only other winger off leaving us with no outlet other than fofana who refuses to pass the ball.

That Assignon one where he feigned a facial injury was embarrassing and had I had been the manager he would have been hooked at that point. Agree with Delcroix too.

If we play like we did last week, we will do ok today. Just need that killer instinct in front of goal. I think VK will revert to last seasons style a bit more. We saw glimpses last week.

Some fans need to read up on the rules The amount of times I heard shouts from fans yesterday that the ref needs to do something about a goal keeper “time wasting” is ridiculous. If a keeper has the ball at his feet (not for a goal kick) the ball is in play. He could stand like that for the full ga...

It doesn't matter who you have in the starting line up if it's your day, it's your day. Remember going to Leeds when we had terrible injuries and playing loads of fullbacks in midfield? We won 2-1. I was there that night. I’d just got to my seat and we went 1-0 down after what felt like 30 seconds

I think the word negativity needs replacing with realism.
And therein lies the problem.

Why is it that negative is always perceived as ‘realism’ and positive is perceived as the opposite? Who decides that? It isn’t restricted to football, it’s in society too.

No. I know the mind can play tricks on you, and emotions are still raw, but I genuinely can’t remember a performance as bad as that under Dyche, even when we did have some pastings. That’s not a problem in isolation, but it’s been the majority of the season. Norwich 2-0 Burnley. It was that bad.
