I think keeping Tarkowski, Pope and McNeil was very important and losing any of them could have been disastrous. The acquisitions are all good especially Cornet, the squad had drifted a bit and needed freshening up a bit. like many I would have liked an attacking / creative midfielder but this was m...

I wonder if these teams will take the same stand against playing in European competition at clubs in Turkey or from any other clubs that end up within the UK government’s red list countries?

I think he was a bit lenient towards Liverpool in first half with some of the over physical challenges, something he was not against us. Provably effected by the huge home crowd. So for me not as consistent as he usually is.

Usually Klopp trap. Made it sound like we are a dirty side without having the guts to say it. It is a physical game in which contact is allowed. Note that he didn’t mention the over physical challenges by Liverpool in first half.

That is very sad. My mother had Alzheimer’s and my mother in-law had vascular dementia, both terrible diseases.

I remember a night match in the sixties, can’t remember the competition. Burnley played very well without any real effect and Law popped a late goal in to win the match.
