People think we have too many CMs but if we play 4-5-1 we are 1 injury/suspension from playing Arfield in there or reverting back to 442. Clucas is a great Boyd Replacement.

Was a good episode but was a lot of build up with no payoff, the first episode is always a tease so I look forward to next week.

Obviously, we are extremely fortunate with the position we are in, but it's almost as if the way we play and the players we sign put a real dampener on the situation and make it less enjoyable for some.

£3m for a 33 year old with 1 year left on his deal is outrageous. Especially if we only give him a 1 year deal. Which would only make sense considering we wouldn't give 31 year old Boyd and 33 year old Barton more than 1.

Shane Long normally plays on his own up top but I remember him forming a great partnership with Jelavic that kept Hull up in the 13/14 season, before Southampton came in with an, at the time, bizarre offer.
