Re: Blades v Gunners
The gulf just gets wider. The level of players in the PL just goes up and up. It’s certainly becoming much harder for teams like us/sheff u etc to compete. Luton have done well but won’t survive. As much as I’d like us to compete in the PL it’s not going to happen unless some rich individual/ compan...

Re: REPORT: Yet another home defeat for the Claret
Good Report, it mentions “ O’Shea somehow managed to let Justin Kluivert get onto it and he made absolutely no mistake in firing past James Trafford.” From where I was it looked like Esteve was at fault and made no effort to go for the ball from which O’Shea had to try and cover his mistake. Esteve ...

Re: Jumping ship at the end of the season
To be honest I’m not bothered who goes. All I can hope for is a new centre back, an athlete, a leader of men who gets stuck in and organises these Fanny’s who look like they’ve never had a rollocking in their lives. I’ve never known a season where we’ve had no leader or a team that’s shown some figh...

Serious question. Do we know what happened with the first goal. Did he get a shout to leave it? I’ve no idea but wondered if anyone’s heard anything.

Re: Burnley to York/Harrogate via Blubberhouses
The issue that needs fixing could have been done in a couple of weeks. NYCC are playing games. They’re not bothered about that actual piece of road as it’s not a priority to them, it allows them more room to work in for their wagons, heavy duty equipment etc to carry on re-routing the new road. Inci...

Previously we’ve had the luxury of not carrying any debt, that’s all changed now. ALK want a successful team, put simply that’s going to benefit everyone, it then puts ALK in a perfect position to sell the club should they decide to do that for a substantial profit. ALK will be sticking with VK, he ...
