It’s to give them freer movement in the groin area.

Shorts manufacturers can’t seem to cope with the differing shapes of men’s groins and made to measure would be embarrassing

Gordon and Hume have handbags where both players normally get a yellow, Gordon gets the yellow, but Hume already on a yellow gets away with it.
Gordon should always get a yellow every time he walk on the pitch - he is an obvious cheat

Be sad to see Roberts go. He has a brilliant engine, has loads of experience and isn’t afraid to stand up for himself. Another of our international defenders who can’t get a game.

If he is replaced we need an experienced defender, not some flyweight that the software recommends as good value

The JBG who got subbed 10 minutes later? He was never making 90 minutes, especially with the added running he’d need to do in CM. Agree it exposes how light we are there, numbers wise, but I don’t know what sub he makes if not Ramsey? He didn’t have to use his bench. He could have moved Amdouni back.

The club has admitted it has made mistakes but the statement misses 3 key things -
1. An apology to those who were affected
2. Re-assurance to fans that those concerned have been identified and their details passed to the police
3. A clear explanation of what the new steps are going to be
