Re: The Catering Longside
At least they've acknowledged it, let's wait and see. You really see how far behind we've fallen when you go away. We've barely moved on from the 80s. I don't mind Man City having better facilities, but it's a bit galling when Hull and Rotherham put us to shame.

On General Sale on Friday morning. Plenty of tickets left and an opportunity to collect 20 Loyalty Points! That’s what’s great about this board. All sorts of angry drama and pages of comments about loyalty points. Tickets go on sale for our first away game back in the big time and they’re on genera...

I think what we mean by 'successful' has changed too. Watching that documentary, Kompany as much as anyone stressed the importance of playing trading to our model. McNally is a good example. Barely played for us but he's generated what I imagine will be a couple of decent loan fees, plus say a £5m t...

Interestingly I have seen many, many comments from neutrals online saying how much they enjoyed it, as well, several of my friends who don’t support Burnley said the same. They found the boardroom insight cool and Kompany amazing. Not sure how you can judge ‘defo not one for the neutrals’. Incredib...

Re: The Lionesses and Sunday ...
I think the constant comparisons are caused by the way the media present the game. It should be considered to be a game in its own right but we get the daft stuff like “first final since 1966” and “England’s most capped every player” etc. They do the same in cricket and it’s totally unnecessary. We...

Still had a very good career. Worth remembering he's not responsible for the hype that he failed to live up to. He played to the level he was capable of, if the media and fans initially misjudged what that was, it's not his fault.

Never had a problem at the Turf, a few away games which were obviously 'learning experiences' for my kids. Yeah, nobody is falling for that statement.
