Re: Advice required: New TV & sound
I picked up one of these just before Christmas for the same price £999 from John Lewis with 5 years warranty - it's bloody fantastic, head and shoulders above my old 55" Sony Bravia, and we sit about 2.5m from the screen and it isn't too big. In fact I don't need my glasses to see it now ! :D https:...

Re: ARTICLE: Luton game moves to this Friday
I do the trip a lot, Friday’s take at least an hour and a half longer than every other day going north and the only reasons I can attribute to that are people driving home from a week in the big smoke or getting away for a weekend.

Said on the other thread about the game. I feel for the Luton fans in all this, firstly thinking about planning a Monday night game and taking time off work etc, and now having to change it all to go on a Friday night. It stinks!
But it does mean I can now go, so that’s a plus for me

Doubt he would be able to step up to the prem yet, but he could be just what we need next season back in the Championship. I remember similar comments regarding Ivan Toney, not that this lad is anything like Toney, but you can’t discount a player just because they haven’t played in the Prem. Some p...

The mistake was throwing it, but that said, had it come off it would have been a good break. Sometimes we need to play the percentages like we did with DycheNonayforever wrote: ↑Fri Jan 05, 2024 10:09 pmIt was a brilliant throw, straight to his feet. Amdouni panicked.

The confusing thing about Ramsey is that when he’s played in the middle (Man Utd and West Ham home games) he’s looked perfectly capable physically, but when he’s moved out wide, suddenly he looks very lightweight. It could simply be that "robustness" in the middle consists of trying to win the ball...

To all the comments about Berge not playing well, the soft yellow card he got early in the first half will have affected that.
