Maybe PSV should have sorted things out quicker? We evidently had a lot going on deadline day, not least the Maatsen deal and sorting the Tresor final details out, never mind the numerous other situations that may have been going on. Strikes me as PSV trying to pass the buck for their own tardiness.

Not sure where this Phillips link has come from other than wishful thinking - he’ll be on a fortune at City, I doubt he was even considered. I think Massengo is the Lokonga alternative. Full backs needed strengthening but maybe Vinny needs to adapt somewhat now.

It's been fine - it got going when the team got going, and was in a lull after conceding. Like every other ground in the country. Early goals against never help either.
