Re: Nottingham Forest Gone Crazy !!
I’m sure it has some bearing but I don’t think it necessarily works like that. How accurate those listed at the link are, I don’t know, it does though show that there are likely huge disparities within squads. Players and their agents will always seek a bit more. Just because a ‘star player’ arrive...

On paper I agree, however, I didnt see him in a position that I thought he played well in, bothe going forward and back, to the point where I couldnt see what his position was actually supposed to be. All about opinions though, so fair enough. Some players "suffer" if they're of the utility type, t...

I'm not sure he disciplined enough to play multiple positions positively and move in and around them automatically. OOC, knows the PL, has proven he can score etc when his heads on right.
Could be a good signing for Forest if it was to happen.
Would be a huge step down though for the player, especially as West Ham are after him

Re: Transfer Rumours Thread - NO FINANCIAL DISCUSSION
Read the article, it explains it far better than me. But basically nobody sits in a position, as under Dyche. They might appear there on the team sheet, but in order to create space and a pass, everybody rotates in and out of set areas. Cork could end up anywhere from LB to LW to CF. It's Pep Ball,...

A ground becomes a fortress when the fans are fully behind a team and usually when the team are winning and/or playing good football.
Kompany and the team need to hit the ground running quite simply.

Lots of people quite rightly praise Kompanys purported data driven approach to football (an approach Dyche had). If you actually look at the data the idea that Ben Mee can't play football well is a total myth. I could post an in-depth analysis but I'll just limit to- going off FBRef data he's ahead...

It’s really the “legs” bit I don’t get. It’s a bit random. Wouldn’t “bodies” be more appropriate? Okay the outfield players use their legs to run about, but what about the goalies? We clearly needed a major overhaul this summer.
