Cardiff parking & pub
Do any clarets have any ideas for parking in Cardiff? Can imagine city centre and with their protest it could be a bit of a nightmare. Likewise anyone any away friendly pub recommendations?

Yes it tends to suggest we expected him to go, doesn't mean I'm happy about it, but the reality of relegation means our better players will likely be sold. It's what we do next that'll determine whether we're serious about a promotion bid this season or not, and only time will tell on that. To put ...

Take your point but Webster is also a very, very good player. Not denying that, is he/was he as good as Collins? I’m not so sure , I could have claret tinted specs on. Re: Transfer Rumours Thread - NO FINANCIAL DISCUSSION
Stoke will make around 1-1.5m off this deal. You can’t really include cost of wages in the deal as that’s been covered and accounted for by Premier League TV money last season. I’ve never heard or seen sales take into account wages paid to the player. 21m + performance add ons & sell on clause isn’...

Its a sizeable fee for a 21 year old centre half with half a season of premier league experience Look, if we'd stayed up, then we'd easily have got north of £30 million for him, but we didn't We clearly need the money, and I'm sure we have add ons and a sell on fee (if we haven't, then we will have...

Re: Transfer Rumours Thread - NO FINANCIAL DISCUSSION
I cannot for the life of me make sense of this fee with such a long contract, with the clauses Stoke will have and a year of wages we’ve basically broke even. A rarity for Burnley these days where the ball was in our court because of his contract and we’ve allowed Wolves to have our pants down

Ultimately whilst the refereeing was poor last night, those corrupt chants were embarrassing. If we are to go down, the 2/12 points Vs Leeds and Norwich are to blame, not the officiating.

Just been looking at getting a ticket next to me for a mate for this weekend’s game but see the entire Cricketfield is greyed out, as it is for at least the next 2 home games. 3 of us arrived in good time, now sacked it off to go to the pub as the queues were not moving. An absolute farce. It’s one thing for us missing it, but it’s so unfair on kids missing so much of the game (and 2 goals) when they’ll have been so excited at the prospect of seeing England.
Shambles.

It was interesting last night that I think the club were using a different stewarding provider in the CFS, it certainly didn't look a familiar company but am happy to be corrected on this. Part of the issue in the CFS is that the stewards are about as much use as a chocolate teapot, I wonder if this...

Re: No home fans in three blocks of cricket field stand tonight
If it was a league game I would agree but think the chance of anyone being sat in someone else's seat tonight are very slim. It only takes one person being moved to unknowingly go to a purchased seat of someone who will be aggrieved their seat has been taken. I see your point, the stand will be hal...

Re: No home fans in three blocks of cricket field stand tonight
I've not seen the club blame anyone. All I've seen is them reporting that they are investigating which was followed by this morning's closing of three blocks which most likely has been forced on them by the SAG. Moving supporters, the vast majority of whom will have had no involvement in Saturday's...

Considering the number of tickets sold tonight asking the few that may be sat in those 3 blocks to move 1 block along isn't really a hardship to moan at. It seems harsh for the finger of blame to be pointed purely at the Burnley fans and a good proportion of those involved came from other areas of the stand As I saw in another thread, the club is blaming the fans for its own failings re. a lack of stewards and police. In saying that there were obvio...

As someone who has an ST in that stand (but not in those particular blocks) I can predict exactly how this is going to go, the stewards will just say sit in any empty seat, people will do so and then someone will turn up who's bought a seat which has now been occupied by someone who has been moved a...
