It's Been a Long Time Between Matches
From the looks of some of the topics being discussed recently, people are running out of legitimate football items. Let's start a real rumour. BFC are being sold to Venky's.....and tomorrow the world will end. Same thing.

That reference to how Canadians pronounce the word "out" is a complete fabrication, made up by some American with nothing else to do in their spare time. But we DO use the word "eh" a lot.

Re: McDonald's Hamburgers
Political correctness has not reached the art form that it is in Britain so much in Canada, yet. The last time I was in England, I was upbraided for even mentioning that the other team had a black player, and that we would probably lose because of that fact. All I was really doing was making a factu...

You should post a picture of one of Cherry's suits, exile. People across the pond wouldn't believe it. But, of course, it's all about his self-promotion. The guy who drew the "hart" must have been the worst artist of all time. I've been to the Toronto Zoo several times. That's a moose. Don't get the mooses mad. They get very angry when aroused, and have very good union representation.

You mistake weight with obesity, my friend. Listen, whatever your taste in "food", (the last time I had black pudding, it tried to crawl off of my plate, and I had to stab it repeatedly in order to make it behave itself), just remember that a flame-broiled burger (cooked over a charcoal briquette grill), is always superior to a fried, assembl...

I consider myself an expert on hamburgers, having always lived in North America. Saw my first game at Turf Moor on a wet Tuesday night v. Newcastle. Announced attendance was somewhere in the 9,000s, as I remember. Here's the inside scoop. The key to the game will be whether the Patriots can shut down Todd Gurley, the best running back in the NFL right now. It'll be Gurley left, Gurley right, Gurley up the middle. Bill Belichick is still the best coach in the league, and usually comes up with a game plan to st...
