I noticed JJ Watt got embarrassed by plenty of fans for his comments around the Bills game having to be re-arranged.
He has 5.6m followers.
What’s “plenty” to you out of 5.6m?
The 30 or so I saw?

My wife thinks I'm odd, and she might be right, but I listen to old shipping forecast videos on YouTube to get to sleep. She plays rain and wind noise though, so we are both using the white noise method Similar. I listen to recordings of the old “numbers stations” (spy radio channels) … the rhythm ...

I'm bumping this thread - I thought it was around two years old that I started it but just seen it's over three years ago.
NEWS: I'm finally getting a new TV. Choosing between two or three at the moment but almost there.
You can get ones that don’t need to “warm up” now Tony!!!

If we were heading in that direction we’d have sacked Kompany by now. Watford are a basket case and we’re nothing like them at all. By the way, I won’t report your post as find that kind of stuff a bit silly without just calling it out directly to the poster, but I find the terms “Yank” and “Yankee...

Sorry for bringing this up again, but a few of my American friends are now watching this and asking me questions. Haven't watched it myself, but am about to. To be honest, I have no idea what the truth is here, no idea who Dave is, where he came from, what is background is, what he did and didn't d...

I watched all his goals last night on the Morecambe YouTube channel. He’s a finisher right enough. And I know the physicality is much different but those games where we had one chance and should have gone in front (Jay most recently but there’s others) he would have slotted those away.

Brilliant news. I thought they’d want it aired there.
It’s on there now.
Already seen it from whoever posted those links but I’ll watch it again once I’ve got over today

Apparently typesetters have been using Lorem Ipsum as dummy text since the 1500s. Every time I open my writing software, there it is still.

Thanks Holty!
If Westy is struggling we could maybe set up a gofundme for him and arrange to have bags of his chosen brew sent over.
We’re not in a nuclear wasteland!
I get Builders and Yorkshire to my house in 2 days with Amazon.

Aboubakar that beast that plays up front for Cameroon? Just got sacked off by Besiktas
All the skill of a fridge but a physical presence???
Honestly can’t see anyone wanting to come here unless it’s loan or short term contract and evaluate in the summer.

He started at Arsenal and thought he was poor-not showing up for the ball, not chasing back and giving the ball away too easily. However I have seen a number of glimpses of what he can do when he has come off the bench. He has not had a lot of game time but I think like Foster did, he will really s...

There's just far too much punditry out there and not enough letting the images do the talking for themselves. One of the reasons why there's so little *good* punditry and so few good pundits is that there should be a whole lot less of it. Less is more. And co-commentators! If you just keep witterin...

It could also be a medial ligament injury with some meniscus damage looking at the angle of the tackle that it's allegedly happened, was a strong challenge and a jolt kind of challenge which does cause this kind of injury, so if so wouldn't be beyond the realms if he returned towards the end of the...

I like him, I like the little 5-10 yard passes he keeps trying to squeeze through into danger areas instead of recycling. I just don’t think we’re quite reading it yet.
But I haven’t really seen him beat his man yet and most crosses and corners have been under hit.

For me a lot of it is to do with the timbre and tone of the voice. I have no problem with the product knowledge or the actual words that are being spoken, the higher frequency of the voice often makes it harder for me to pick out against the background noise. Maybe it’s a medical thing. There is a l...

Their PL squad is full apparently and, due to having two other goalkeepers, they wouldn't get the special dispensation to sign him.
Full for another 20 odd days anyway

If he's still demanding anywhere near 375k a week, then it's not that much of a surprise he's still a free agent!
Newcastle will pay it (and more, and a big signing on fee) for 6 months.

According to this it's a 70% increase on live coverage. So if there is a 4% revenue increase as per CT's post, the product value has slumped, especially as it's a 4 year deal and there's been high inflation. Wonder if Amazon etc. bid? Didn’t bid. The impetus from the last couple of years has been f...

My first was an 82 yellow Spall with the shoulder stripes. I saw it in a shop in Portsmouth. The owner said it was just a promotional display sample from Spall and he couldn’t sell it. But we found an “agreement”. But I don’t remember any before then.

PGMOL have clearly been trying to fast track Hooper. He’s survived the Man U Wolves Onana incident and the Liverpool Spurs Diaz incident ( blame went to VAR in both) and got away with a couple of others. Surely nowhere to turn now. I even get it if he says “I blew because I thought Grealish was offs...
