It was a good atmosphere. I also enjoyed the Millwall fans - totally agree the muppets singing "I'm forever blowing bubbles" should have detention.

I watched it last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. Loosely based on David Fishwick's fight for a local bank it was great entertainment. I am obviously in the minority but I'd love to see Everton relegated. Nothing to do with Sean Dyche or McNeil and Tarkowski all 3 of which I'll always regard as wonderful Clarets.

The teams yesterday didn't come out onto the pitch until 3pm which meant a slightly later kick off, around 3.05pm. Maybe that had something to do with it, maybe not? Barnes has an incredible talent for getting the best out of the players around him. When he was at Brighton Glenn Murray benefited from the way Ash would create space for him in the penalty box by rearranging defenders. He also is fantastic playing with his back to goal a finding pockets of space.

It was very good and a much better offering that "I'm a Celebrity". Great also not to have to line these so called celebrity pockets when genuine people have the chance to what by comparison is small money but what an impact 33k would do to those 3 families.

I wasnt there on Saturday. But I did hear Clarke Carlisle no problem. Great goalkeeper. I remember his debut at the Turf (Spring of 72?).I also remember in later years when he played for Rotherham against us. Great reception from travelling Clarets.
