Your sad loss, I'm afraid!! Player is worth every penny if you live far from the Turf and are unable to get to every game. A conversation requires two people with insight to make it watchable. I thought the interviewer was top notch - he knows the club and the manager and asked intelligent questions...

I use HiFX as my sender of money from France to England and vice-versa. They are much cheaper than a bank but just as safe. I am in the process of selling my French house and will be using them to send the money back to Britain - when the rate goes down a bit!

We are not really succeeding with foreign players are we? Republic of Ireland excepted. Apart from players like Barnes and Arfield who have changed allegiance, I can't think of many non British players who have done well for us. Perhaps it is the weather!

I have always advocated the yellow strip - it was mentioned on here recently that it is the most instantly recognised colour.
High visibility clothing is yellow and when milliseconds are involved in sport it proves its worth. Furthermore, I find it an attractive kit when combined with claret.

If you compare the photo on the article of the victory coach ride with the last few years photos you will see that there are no banners or balloons. We just had scarves, rosettes and rattles - we were simple folk then !!! As for tears of joy - not British was it. Most people had not seen the Clarets...

Can't agree with that at all - it wasn't as if Jagielka headed in the corner directly, there were two other touches. What do you want him to do, stand there permanently? Schoolboy error?
