Re: The lack of minutes on the pitch for Benson
Bit harsh considering a lot of that team had to play against a Chelsea side who dominate the ball, with an extra man, for best part of an hour three days ago. Fofana didn’t play on Sat, and he was poor last night, but he did get through a lot of running.

Re: Corners- what is going on
It was indeed frustrating. I can only think we didn't believe we'd get much joy from Wolves back line so tried to go deep and capitalise on the knock down, but it made no sense after Cullen's great deliveries at the weekend. As has been the case for a lot of season, it looks like we're over-thinking...

Re: Which is the worst of the the lot
I'm still amazed that some folk refuse to see Sander Berge upper arm movement towards the ball on the Forest one. It's subtle but it's there and helps the ball towards his path. It's a soft decision that could go either way without too much complaint from me - the fact that VAR gets involved and it...

Re: Burnley v Wolves - Player Ratings
Muric 8 - it is taking all my mental strength not to think about where we’d be if he played all season. He’s chaotic, he can be in his own world, but his distribution is utterly sublime and we look a significantly better team when he plays Vitinho 7 - some sloppy play but leaves everything out there...

Even from my vantage point on Longside Upper you could see that he just fell over but, as Vinny highlighted the other day, the officiating has just been appalling this season.

It was very much a lifting away day. But it was the non-Kompany signings that saw the day out for us. And also the forced correction of his starting line up to steady us. And re other choices, who actually is there? Steele? What's the point? Makes sense if a position becomes available to give the U21 first choice experience with the senior squad.

On the other hand, Fofana missed an open goal, then slipped while rounding the keeper after nicking the ball off him, an xG of nearly 3 and 17 shots on goal. Agreed we had some messy moments and we were nervy at the end (perhaps understandable) but we really should have wrapped the game up sooner.
