Re: Where does the Chairman stand in this situation
Garlick has bought shares from a number of directors to become the majority shareholder. If you buy shares from one person to another and the club are not directly involved in that transaction and/or don't gain a financial reward for it, is that really investment in the club?

Which premier league standard keepers were available and wanted to come to us on loan? You don't know, but you still use the hypothetical to bash the club. Your post is indeed weird. Who says you are less of a supporter because you "protest" about how the team/club is doing ? People point to our limited resources in terms of finance. But surely what you don't do with those limited resources is use them on a goalkeeper we don't need and 15m + on a forward he doesn't use. 15m is not loose change, it's been wasted.

I'd get David Moyes in to the end of the season. See if he can get the squad firstly playing football instead of this dreaded Dycheball and secondly lets see if he can get us enough points to keep us up. At the end of the season we review it to see if we keep Moyes or move on to someone else.

I disagree. We'd have Vydra and Wood upfront - the top goalscorers in the Championship before we bought them. Along with players such as Pope, Taylor, Tarks, Gibson, Lowton, Lennon (even at his age), JBG, Brady, Hendrick (a solid performer in the Championship) et al. We'd have a stronger squad than...

The board will know if we go down, we'll have a very good chance of coming back up. I doubt they'll be worried, unless it looks like we're not going to come back up next season. I disagree. I agree with the opening poster. However I do think the Premier League/Fifa need to tackle the issue of time wasting to make the product more exciting and flowing.
