Re: Changes for Everton game
Egan-Riley to become the new roberts hopefully if he has the talent ? Isn’t that where he played for city in the odd appearance and in loan at Hibs he played mostly right back.

Re: Changes for Everton game
Muric in goal
2 from Tresor Larsen and Redmond to start to get game time.
Massengo to see what he’s about preferably with Cullen and Berge to see what that looks like.
Wouldn’t risk Beyer or Ekdal if either are coming back to fitness. Egan Riley maybe ?

I’d love to see Berge and Amdouni in the starting lineup but he’s tried this and it hasn’t worked unfortunately it leaves Cullen alone in the middle and we get ran over . My preference in the advanced role would be Berge to start and Amdouni to replace.

He’s a good manager we could do considerably worse than having him in charge at Burnley. Stick with the man who won the league at ewood. VK needs to be backed, but he also needs to tweak the way we play. Not be too proud to do it, and do it now! He’s an intelligent bloke who I think has the capacity to go to the very top. At the moment mistakes are being made and they need to be eradicated fast. If Pace sacked hik it would be lunacy....

Problem we have is that we are operating with an almost completely new side for the second season running. Muric is on of those who should in my opinion have been given his shot at the beginning of the season and kept some of the continuity and feel good factor going in to this season. For me Traffo...

I’m convinced that the manager wanted to set up as the conventional in one image and then move the full back inside leaving three actual centre backs in there . Al-Dakhil operated from right full back in pre-season with O’Shea in the centre which was the opposite way round to what I thought he would...

It may be a process but it looks baffling when you see the amount of wide players we have when for me we have to shoe horn Amdouni in alongside foster to get the best out of our side , whilst also having Cullen, Brownhill and Berge in there. In essence this means we only play one out and out wide pl...

Last season we took a while to get in our stride with the way VK wanted to play, and all of a sudden the short passing from the back got mixed up with the long one in behind for Tella. Firstly we got the three points which is massive for the confidence of the young squad that we have. Add to that the grittiness of the second half, and to score immediately after their equaliser and then hold on when clearly nerves took over, that can only be a good thing for the confidence of the y...

Some of our passing at times is infuriating , simple balls that are given away, causing panic amongst the team. Then decision making , nothing seemed to work at all. Lots of positives today - Amdouni was superb until he tired. Koleosho is going to be a superstar if he can control his passing and final ball. I think the Matt Williams reference to looking at players who are unattached is just something to appease the worriers regarding a left back etc can’t see it materialising to much
