(Bearing in mind as well, that he is just recently 27, so he would have a potential resale value, as opposed to an established PL or European player who ...

From teams below us who would you prefer to get relegated

Blackburn and anybody else

Joey will make a difference to our away form, I think we can get 7 or 8 from those games, even if we get draws away at those around us so they don't gain on us that could well be good enough - it would be nice however to go to Hull and Sunderland and win

No not what I read. For some of the reasons he moved from Celtic (racist remarks from fans) he got when he played for us. I' pretty sure he makes reference to getting these remarks from our own fans as well as places like Gillingham. It has been a whilst since I read the book but I was disappointed...

Soton player down in his own box a yard from the touch line. No head injury. Ref stops play during a promising Burnley attack when all Burnley players would've been onside. Soton player gets up with mild limo. Only ref thinks there may be an injury. Very poor. Soton player slides in to a tackle, mi...

I think that makes him an outstanding goalkeeper is how calm he is, you don't see him flapping about or shouting at players, he just has a quiet word. Can't be many better free transfers in the clubs history.
