Still amazed at how quick the FA can react to manager/player indiscretions i.e.(Wenger) amongst many others, and rightly so, but never punish officials for complete incompetence.

If officials simply cant cope with the pace of the PL and that leads to them making wrong decisions at critical phases of games then technology is the only option.
it works in other sports without delays then so I can't see why it can't work in the PL

If defenders are being being penalised for trying to clear their lines with overhead kicks then surely all these scorpion and overhead kicks from strikers are also dangerous and should be penalised accordingly!!
