There was also Chelsea away a few seasons ago when, I think, we lost 3 - 0 but had the ball for a lot of the first 20 mins. I remember saying that it looked like they wanted us to have the ball and then bang, game over.

The funniest bit for me was when the one that got fired was preparing for the pitch and suggested they could possibly get away with the spelling error because most people would spell Arctic as Artic. Unbelievable how some of these get selected for the process. Clueless.

I would suggest goals against Bayern Munich & Dortmund is comparable to City & Liverpool. On the basis of that we now have someone who can score occasionally against the very best.

Not sure interesting is the word. They will pretty much unanimously have us relegated as they always seem to do. As for Merson, the other week he had changed his mind about whether we were in trouble or not within an hour of the show. He completely contradicted his opinion during the analysis.

What a stupid post. Last time we were in the championship we didn’t even lose for 23 games. God knows how we could possibly lose a game in league 1. Imagine playing games every week without the possibility of a loss. Far too boring. You need all 3 possible outcomes to make for an exciting spectacle.
