New builds and resales fly off the shelf in a good location. Many new housebuders build in poor quality areas on poor quality plots of land as it is cheap for them to acquire. Location is everything. A hut in Mayfair will be expensive.

Whilst I can't understand the defensive situation at all there's no bullshit. The budget can be there even if we don't spend it. It also includes wages and these will have gone up. The main issue is if the market moves and we are desperate in Jan we may end up paying more.

Hart called up on past record not form.
Chalobah called up because he played for U21s. Proving he's giving youth a chance. No way he should be called up.

Long can do a job if needed. We are an injury and a suspension away from having Long and Taylor in the centre which will not be good enough IMO.

Nothing wrong with Wells for a lower division. Many thought Juke and Sordell would not make the grade at the level we were at. They were right. Hopefully the many can be proved wrong on this one.

A really underwhelming signing that smacks of Sordell and Juke. That's if he is even fit. We need a CB and fast pacy Winger/striker that will improve the starting eleven.

Sour grapes that it didn't work out at West Ham where he went for the money. He thought he'd stick the knife into Bilic whilst he's not doing so well. Despite a slow start glad we signed Brady now who I think is a better long term prospect.

1.The pies will be cold by half time.
2. Fish and chips before the game, 2 pies at half time plus match excitement could mean heart attack at full time.

Injuries will dictate this to an extent. Then probably how we are set up and who we are up against. Some players may be more suitable for some games than others. Some players may dip in form and need wake up calls.

Good pies but scolding hot or luke warm. If you queue for one at half time there's a good chance you'll miss start of the second half. Also they are better value than a twix or cup of tea.

Some chanting is wholly unacceptable such as racism.
Other chanting is in poor taste such as ' Burnley is wonderful ....'. The latter will never be prevented so you either choose to ignore it, be offended every time you go on or stay away IMO.

Lots of chant are cringeworthy but if it lets fans let off steam and creates atmosphere does it really matter. Far too many easily offended flowers these days. Better off attending a sewing club or dancing classes or something similiar. If you are easily offended you should be nowhere near a footbal...

Anyone who has thrown coins needs banning for life. If one had hit me I know what I would hav done to the culprit. Throwing veg at the weak cowards are half time is an idea that sits well with me. The liberals on here probably think it would cause psychological damage and they really need therapy.
